New Band Members

To all Khaos Junkies fans, Club Owners and Promoters, I just wanted to bring you all up to date as to where things are with the band. As you all know, 2013 was a difficult year for the Khaos Junkies. We had band members leave, we had band members dealing with some difficult personal situations, and worst of all we had to try and cope with the tragic death of our former lead guitarist Dave Cuneo last January. It’s been a rough road but if you are anything like the optimist that I am, you have faith that this precious life of ours is something to be treasured and that things eventually work out for the better. Bad times or situations eventually pass. Things settle down and work themselves out and before you know it you are off on a new path in life that holds nothing but good times once again. With that said, I have been busy working hard to put together a new Khaos Junkies band over the past several months. My good friend and awesome drummer, Steve Angelone, and I started jamming together last year and now have added lead guitarist, Chris Stackhouse and bass guitarist, Conrad Mlynarski to the mix. We have been practicing hard together learning both a wide variety of new cover tunes along with the original Khaos Junkie material. The jam sessions are going great and we all anticipate and look forward to getting out there to do some live gigs really soon this year. As far as the next CD project, that once again has had to be put on hold until we get this new train well-oiled and rollin’! It's ok cuz rock has no time limits!! Hopefully we can start the project before the end of 2014. There will be more news to follow as we make progress. Hope to cya soon out at one of our shows! Until then, Peace, David..........a.k.a............Dubble D
